We’re looking for x2 highly driven coaches to join our team and help our clients build the best coaching businesses in the world.

You will be surrounded by a combination of beginner, intermediate and high level entrepreneurs; experts, influencers and service providers who hire us to take their online business (95% of our students are primarily in fitness space) to 6-figures and we have a number of students in our highest level group on pace for multi 7-figures.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for helping our clients learn and apply our strategies. You’ll work closely with our client success team, deliver group training and coaching sessions online, you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients to help them have massive breakthroughs and help us grow our amazing online communities.

You don’t need to know everything. However, you should be comfortable working online (using tools like Zoom, Trello, Calendly, etc.) and you should have a decent understanding of marketing, sales and customer success.

We’ll train you on our core content, and the Authority Network approach to coaching clients. You’ll be expected to drive your own learning, and learn quickly.

Role Details:

Once you’re fully up to speed (~1 month), you’ll be responsible for….

😁1:1 coaching calls with client

✊Attending team meetings

🙋🏻‍♂️Daily engagement in our private and public communities

🙌Travel with us to coaching courses

✍️Time wise, ~10-20 hours per week. (Open for discussion) We’ll work around your schedule. And make it fit for you.

💰Monthly salary, mentorship from us and random gifts of kindness when you perform well.

About you:

We’re looking for coaches who love helping people, who love finding the elegant, simple path through tricky situations to the next, simple steps that move clients forwards.⠀

• You genuinely care about making the world a better place. It’s not just felt, but expressed. Your client’s success is yours, and so is their failure. You’ll bust a gut to help clients win.

• You’re proactive and implement fast. You don’t wait. You take initiative. You ask. You act. You look for ways to do more than expected.

• You must have a big engine and the mental capacity to dissolve 1:1 client problems back-to-back.

• You’re highly organised, punctual and work well with processes and systems.

• You’re a team player. We’re not looking for rockstar performers, so much as rock solid partners. You’ll be expected to work closely with my team, and me (to help build the training, tools, and resources that clients need most.) You’ll pitch in at live events. You’ll notice when your teammates could use some support, and you’ll offer to help.

• You show integrity. You protect our Intellectual Property. Every action you take is 100% legal, ethical, and would make you proud if you saw it on the 6 o’clock news.

• You’re confident. Clients are looking for guidance and leadership. You’re a great communicator, a confident coach and not afraid to call people out on their BS and lack of implementation.

• You must teach from a place you have been authentically. Past coaching experience with members of the public. This could be health, fitness or business related. (BONUS: you’ve already built a high-5 or, 6-figure business)

• You’re coachable, teachable and take ownership. You take ownership, accountability, and responsibility. (There is no blame, excuses, or denial around here.) You are someone who gets excited about feedback, not endures it.

• You’ve got energy to burn. You lead with your energy. You meet people where they’re at, and you leave them with a feeling of increase.

• You Make It Better. Most of all, you’ll be committed to delivering a world-class coaching experience for our clients. You’ll be comfortable driving change. Not just for our clients, but help us constantly improve the way we deliver Authority Network for our clients. (I’ll expect you to raise issues or challenges as you see them, and actively participate in creating solutions.)

• You show up like a pro. You represent me, and you represent Authority Network to the world. You look and sound great on Facebook, on Zoom, and in person (even when socialising with coaching clients on a night out after an event)
